Hello and happy to be here.

Hello Internet!

My name is Curtis and I have been the proud papa to a Tripawd named Georgia since December of 2012.  As the grey starts to settle into her jet black fur, it became apparent that the game was starting to change and I needed more information as we enter this stage of her life.  I stumbled upon the Tripawds community via instagram.  The Tripawds community introduced us to VOSM and several other sources for Tripawds.  Ultimately, we hope to take advantage of the rehab reimbursement program to get Georgia started with a rehabilitation professional.  We hope to get that done in the next week or so.  Thank you for taking the time and I look forward to sharing our experiences in these coming years.

  1. Ohhhhhhhh!!!!! I’m just jumping for joy at your blog and sweet Georgia’s beautiful story. You are a ROCK STAR dad and she is so lucky to have you. It’s an honor to have you both be part of our community, thank you so much for coming her to share her story.

As you may have seen, we saw Wyatt through his senior years as a Tripawd. While it wasn’t always easy, we wouldn’t trade it for anything. There is something very special about helping a three-legged dog grow old gracefully.

If you ever have questions or whatever, please come to our Forums and introduce yourself there too OK? We can’t wait to follow along with your adventures.

    1. Omd how beautiful!! Did you adopt her as a baby?
Im soo glad you found us, how did your girl become tripawd?
Looking forward to following your story. There are options here to subscribe and get updates so that we may follow you ❤

      1. Hey Jackie!

Im having some issues getting my next blog to post, but I’ve got her story ready to tell. She was brought to the shelter as a pup and she had been at the shelter over a year before I adopted her. I hope to get her full story posted soon!

    2. Thank you for having us Jerry! I just read up on Wyatt. This is everything that I want for Georgia. I think that after all she has been through she deserves it.

Im learning how to maneuver and use the site and hope to have more stuff up soon!

  2. Add me to the Fan Cluf for Geaorgia Peach! She’s just beautiful! And that little touch of frosty grey to her muzzle is cute mas can be!
Good for you for taking steps to keep her fit as she eases into her sunset years.
Joint supplements help and, of she has arth, or develops arthritis, lots of therapies are available to help with that. Rimady and Adequan injections list to name a couple.
Look forward to getting to know this sweet girl better. Clearly she is very loved….and clearly loves you back
    Hugs
Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!
